Upon Crystal Shores

"Children," the Catcher growled. "Insufferable, resilient children. Spill enough of their blood and the reality of a place will crack like an egg."

Listening to a mad voice in his head, young Matthew Tristan boards a city-bound train to avenge the murder of his brother.

He is not alone.

With him, his best friend Eddie.

Together the two have been tricked into a confrontation against a being of pure Nightmare - the Catcher. To win, Tristan must harness powers he does not understand. To win, he must force the train and the Catcher across realities and, ultimately, to the crystal shores of Diablo Beach--where his brother died.
