Prologue

A legend speaks of a day when creatures of the deep are given twenty-four hours to be on land. If they don’t return to sea by the end of that day, they have until midnight of the next year to return. Failing the second time, will result in death. When Midoree decides to ignore her fathers pleas, and escape to land, she fails to return in time. In a turn of fate Clive stumbles across this strange creature. Will he be able to help her get back home? Or is he too blinded by the love he has for her?
