This fanfic is where humans and Katizens would coexist together peacefully. An 8 year old human boy named Gary is a human orphan at Megakat City Orphanage. A day later, a 25 year old burly Kat named Chance Furlong drives to the orphanage in his 1970 Dodge Challenger because he wanted a son of his own to love and care about. He adopts Gary and drives back to the salvage yard where a 26 year old cinnamon Kat named Jake Clawson wants to meet Gary and be like an uncle figure because he loves children as much as Chance does. Chance and Jake are best friends, but they are more like brothers to each other. A few years later, Gary is 15, Chance is 31 and Jake is 29. Chance decided to give Gary his Challenger when he got his license. Chance and Jake both decided to train him to become the first human and third member of the Swat Kats and be nicknamed Ghost. He would have his own vigilante outfit much like Gary Carmine from Gears of War, but with red and blue and Swat Kats initials on it. This is also a crossover of Swat Kats and Initial D.

The year is 2019. Well, at least it was to Adachi Narahiko before he drove down Mount Akina in his SA one night. Now, in an unfamiliar time in a once-familiar place, his wish to be in the 1990s had come true. The people he'll meet, the experiences he'll go through; oh, how ignorant he is of what was to come!

This Initial D fan fiction follows Retsu Fukushima in the mid 2000's a bit after the main Project D storyline has wrapped up. The tales of the Night Kids, Emperors and Project D whisper from the locals mouths every now and then but the racers are gone, moved on in life. Now the mountains aren't a safe heaven anymore, the cold grip of justice has begun invading the mountains, police have begun issuing patrols once every few weeks to wipe the thought of touge racing from the minds of the locals once and for all. Our main character Retsu has lived all his life near Irohazaka, at night listening to the melodies of the car engines zooming past in the distance.
